2. Scroll down and tap on Backup & Reset.

Avvio Q797 Hard Reset from Recovery Mode

1. Power off your phone.
2. Now, boot Avvio Q797 into Recovery Mode.
3. When the device boots into Recovery, highlight the wipe data/factory reset option using Volume keys and select it using the Power button.

4. Now, select the Yes -- delete all user data option and press the Power button to perform the operation.
